We are an innovative kitchen, sourcing the freshest local ingredients for dinners, weddings, and special events along the Pacific coast of Costa Rica.

The heart of our service lies in our unique menus.

We showcase Costa Rica, using fruits, herbs, vegetables, fresh local meats, and, of course, locally caught fish, such as sea bass, mahi-mahi, lobster, and yellowfin tuna.

While we offer 5-star cuisine to a global audience, it is important to us that our customers receive a distinctly Costa Rican experience, available only in this country

Gastronomic Experience

How it works

  1. Check our availability

    The first step is to ensure that we are available on the day you have chosen for the event. Please, first let us know the date you have in mind. If we have availability on that date, we will tentatively reserve it for you, pending your confirmation.

  2. To select the menu

    First, you need to decide: Plated or Buffet. Plated is for up to a maximum of 80 guests. Buffet requires a minimum of 25 guests, up to 400 guests. We also offer family-style, food stations, or passed hors d'oeuvres. This brochure includes our most popular paired menus.

  3. Confirmation & Initial Payment

    Once you have chosen a menu, we will prepare a budget based on the estimated number of guests. A 25% deposit of the total estimated amount is required to confirm your event, payable in cash, bank transfer, wire transfer, or PayPal. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards.

  4. Menu tasting

    The menu must be already established, and the deposit paid. All tastings must be scheduled in advance, depending on the chef's availability. All tastings take place at Terrazas, facing Marina Flamingo. The cost of the tasting is $49 per person; If you choose us to cater your event, the cost for the bride and groom ($98 for 2 people) will be credited on the final invoice. Additional guests may attend at a cost of $49/person. Drinks are not included and will be billed separately à la carte. After the tasting, any desired changes should be noted and sent via email."

  5. Final Guest Count & Balance Payment

    The final guest count is due two weeks before the event. At that time, the invoice will be adjusted to the final count, and the remaining balance based on this count is due in full no later than 7 days before the event date. This final payment is payable in cash, by bank or wire transfer. We only accept PayPal for the initial deposit, not for the final payment. Prices do not include sales tax; please add a 15% service fee.
